Date: Saturday March 10th, 2018 -- See Below for Itinerary and Performance Times

Location: Vista Del Lago HS - 15150 Lasselle St, Moreno Valley, CA 92551
Remember: "If you are EARLY you are ON TIME; 5 minutes early is ON TIME; ON TIME is LATE; and LATE is UNACCEPTABLE!"
Directions:
Students are to be dropped off at the GYM/Cafeteria Entrance.  You may enter the parking lot from the Western side of the campus via Lasselle St and drop them off directly at the entrance of the school.  If there is no parking in the main lot, please proceed south for additional parking.

ITINERARY

BEGINNING BAND (7:00 AM--9:00 AM)

​Please eat BREAKFAST before the event. (Students will be able to purchase snacks/food from the school before/after their performance)

  • 7:00 AM – CALL TIME: Drop off students at VISTA DEL LAGO HS in the parking lot in front of gym. Students check-in with Mr. Rodriguez at Check-in/Case Storage Room.
  • 7:30 AM -- Beginning Band heads to Warm-Up Room. Parents please head to gymnasium.
  • 8:00 AM – Beginning Band Performs in Gymnasium -- 8:30 AM -- Beginning Band heads to Clinic

INTERMEDIATE BAND (1:00 PM--3:00 PM)
Please eat LUNCH before/after the event.  (Students will be able to purchase snacks/food from the school before/after their performance)

  • 1:00 PM – Drop off students at VISTA DEL LAGO HS in the parking lot in front of gym. Students check-in with Mr. Rodriguez at Check-in/Case Storage Room.
  • 1:30 PM -- Intermediate Band heads to Warm-Up Room. Parents please head to gymnasium.
  • 2:00 PM – Intermediate Band Performs in Gymnasium -- 2:30 PM -- Intermediate Band heads to Clinic

ADVANCED BAND (3:00 PM--5:00 PM)
Please eat LUNCH before the event.  (Students will be able to purchase snacks/food from the school before/after their performance)

  • 3:00 PM – Drop off students at VISTA DEL LAGO HS in the parking lot in front of gym. Students check-in with Mr. Rodriguez at Check-in/Case Storage Room.
  • 3:30 PM -- Advanced Band heads to Warm-Up Room. Parents please head to gymnasium.
  • 4:00 PM – Advanced Band Performs in Gymnasium -- 4:30 PM -- Advanced Band heads to Clinic

Details:
What to wear? – Red Band Polo ($20.00), All Black Bottoms


If your student stays please plan on having adult supervision and providing them with money for snacks and food. Sack lunches are ok to bring! Please see attached map, directions, and performance times.   
Don’t forget your instrument! - and please have your name on your instrument case!
