I NEED CHAPERONES!!! No...really...I NEED CHAPERONES!!!! I still need parent chaperones for Friday -- please email me ASAP by replying back! Chaperones get FREE entrance and your child can still get two additional tickets for family!

Friday is Canyon Springs HS Band Day. Canyon Springs HS Band has invited our Intermediate and Advanced Bands to join them at a Football Game for a combined performance during halftime!  This is the second annual performance!  You don't want to miss this.  (If you are beginning band parent/student, I invite you to attend! Please see directions below.)

Below is info on admission, chaperones, date, and location/directions. 

For Admission: Canyon Springs will allow 2 adults per band member--please click the link below so I may provide a list of parents.

Date: Friday September 28th 2018 -- See below for itinerary and Approximate Performance Times

Location: Canyon Springs HS - 23100 Cougar Canyon Rd, Moreno Valley CA 92557
Itinerary:
3:30 PM - Call Time at VHMS Band Room
3:45 PM - Walk Overt to CSHS
4:00 PM - Rehearsal w/ CSHS Band
5:15 PM - Dinner w/ CSHS Band
6:15 PM - Go into stands
7:00 PM - Kick Off
~8:30 PM - Approximate Halftime Performance
Students are dismissed after halftime show.  If you plan to stay the game ends approximately at 10 PM.

What to wear?
- Red Band Polo ($20.00), All Black Bottoms
- The Red Band Sweater ($25.00) may be worn while in the bleachers
- Black or Red Jackets
