Vista Heights will be hosting a "Band Information Night" on Wednesday, August 18th from 5-6 PM. Please arrive early if you like to discuss opportunities.

I know that for many of you, this will be your first exposure to music education at the middle school level and I wanted to take a brief minute to share some information with you.

Topics will include:
- What is band like at the middle school level and the exciting events
- Instrument Selection (if you are new to band or switching)
- Where to get an instrument!
- and MANY MORE!

This is also a time where you and your parents can explore the different instruments and get help choosing the instrument that will give them the best chance of success.  If you are unable to attend, you can contact me for further help or visit the instrument demonstration pages at www.bepartoftheband.com
